Meat does grow on trees. - well at least it did in the Wild West.

Cowboys were always referring to an "Hambush" when I was in the two and nines on a Saturday morning.

2 summers ago I had a friend over from the UK, along with his son. Son was 31. We were in the front garden playing a bit of cricket (much to the locals amusement) when the 31 year old picked an apple from one of my trees and ate it. Nothing unusual there, until he said to me "Do you know, thats the first time I have ever picked an apple from a tree."
I was gobsmacked, I thought scrumping was a rite of passage.
