Thank Gawd for that if it had been a NO then I was envisaging a Tricky style of Grapevine lobbying but actual rather than virtual cause we would have all tropped down to the centre and had a sit in

seems the only minor concern was that I live so close to the runway - so my sarky comment was noted

But seriously, could you really see a kitten (or cat come to that) trying to challenge a helipcopter

Ermm...I'd rename them( not that I don't like the names anyone called Callie and Tammy of course)

...they'd just feel more yours somehow..although when you see them they may just be the perfect names!

Poor things won't have a chance to stay shy for long what with all the love and handling I know they'll get!
Lol my daughters name is Callie, no offense taken! smile! The most common spelling until a few yeas ago was actually Kally.

There was a Callie's wine bar in London at one time; not sure if it is still there

Oh Piskie, that is such fab news I think I'm a bit over-emotional today, coz I've got a tear in my eye and a lump in my throat

I bet this has put the Lady-Flu in it's place

Great news Piskie, glad they saw sense. Just don't sneeze (man/lady flu!) all over them tonight or they might think you're allergic to cats!

Good news Piskie - I really would change the names (I was called Tammy until I was 18, always seemed unsuitable).

Didn't Dalton Barracks used to be RAF Abingdon?? shouldn't be too 'other side' for you!

Hope they come home to you soonest.

                              Nice one Mrs.
Clearly as you are going to collect these cats from the home of the foremost service, they will be very well bred indeed.
Best of luck for getting them tonight, but no worries re flu, yours was only bird flu anyway and will clearly be gone by now.
