By the sounds of it they suit the names Tom & Jerry. I can just see piskie running about in her slippers and dresing gown whilst shouting "THOMAS!" ala Mammy Two Shoes.

Aawwww, they sound just adorable. I'm sure, as has been said, that they'll soon settle in well and give you hours and hours of joy and amusement. Let us know what's going on of course .... !!

Bet they'll be running rings round you soon Piskie. I found a little black kitten once & had it for about 3 days until I found it a home, I thought it hadn't 'gone' at all as there was nothing in the tray but after it had left I found some little 'deposits' in a large pot plant in the corner of the front room! Just keep handling them & try & get them to fall asleep on your lap so they get used to your smell.

Awww I'm so glad for you piskie! Given time, love and a little space they will soon settle and start to come around. Remember your the one feeding them they will soon cotton on to that and be hauling you out of bed one way or another in the morning with demands of FEED ME MUMMY!

My old Tom cat Esev was a stray, he was a good few months old when my daughter found him and started to feed him! he was her cat through and through for years and hated me, silly sod! lol I have had him at home 14 years now and although he still loves my daughter Callie! lol he also loves me because he has mellowed and is now me that feeds him
Live like you never lived before!

Laugh Like you never laughed before!

Love like you never loved before!

I'm a little concerned in that they haven't tried to come out from under the sofa at all today and I am in no condition to lift it and scoop 'em out - it took me several minutes to get up here to type this (liteweight!)

SD is away until late night so fingers crossed they won't expire under there - but, yep, I am worried

Don't worry- they'll come out for food- esp if you leave them alone.
Hope you're going to feel better soon- not nice for you. xx

Have you got the same brand food as they've been used to at their fostermums?

Sure they'll be fine....have you been sitting in the same room as them?...maybe if you leave the room they'll come out for food?Admittedly it was a long time ago to remember everything...but I seem to remember ours used to come out from behind the oven....so long as we were well out of the kitchen.
(sorry banishing you from your room of comfort when your all poorly an' all!!)

mine stayed under the sofa for over a week, he came out and ate (mostly when i wasn't there, and when i was usually dashed back under) and used the litter tray, don't worry, as long as they can get to food water and the toilet, they will come out when they feel brave enough.

                                Hi Piskie
They will be fine - just give them a bit of time - lots of love (which I know you've got in bucketloads).
Daily word updates would be brill, and of course, as and when photos.
