You should have snuggled up with the chooks, they've got their own-grown duvets to keep you warm. (put a peg on your nose if the pong's too bad)
My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there

When i get cold it is like it gets into my bones and i am the same as you i just can't get warm. A warm bath, hot water bottle, fleecy blanket etc helps abit but it is only sleep that warms me up, being tired can also affect you too. Perhaps a well earned sleep after all your hard work might help.

i really really need to get to town need shavings and rabbit food, but far too slippy and scary ...... bunny is not impressed with the chicken pellets and corn she had for brekkie lol, oh well, she has plenty of hay and some cabbage.

poppy under the duvet keeping my feet warm, and heating is on, (hope i get a cold weather payment this week, cos gas will run out well before payday.)

still freezing though, didn't sleep much again last night, so tired, but no chance i'm going outside today, chooks really smelly now lol they sooooooo need cleaning out, think i might do it and try them with newspaper and a bit of hay.

Hopefully you'll be so tired that you'll nod off tonight (wearing as many layers as humanly practical) and be nice and toasty when you get up tomorrow.
Its not pleasant being cold (although not suffereing that currently) so hope it warms up for you soon.

I didn't think my flat was tooo bad but this morning I looked at a bucket of ice I'd hacked out of the freezer the night before... and it was still ice.
What would I do without my thermals neck to toe...

I don't think my heating is even on! My house is definitely cool, but I don't feel cold. Feet have been cold all day though for some reason.
What I am though is tired what with all the fun and games and driving all over the place to see my mum. Time for a hot bath and bed.
