Enchiladas tonight I think. The filling is ready, and I'll make my own tortillas later. Bit of sour cream and Monterey Jack over the top - yummy.

Chickencurry tonight with a bottle of red. From the local takaway as I have been cooking nonstop since my sister came to mine on holiday.

And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Snorkers for me too, served with the rest of the JA, potato and red onion gratin and homegrown red sprouts tops and homegrown frenchies from the freezer.Last edited by Hazel at the Hill; 22-02-2009, 07:59 PM.

Beef in beer tonight, served with roast spuds, carrots and onions and steamed carrots, broccoli and cabbage. Oh, and yorkshire puds that I forgot about last night
Odd combination but I am trying to clear out the freezers ready for all the veggies that are going to grow this year!
Just heated up the beef in beer to discover (now that the rest is on the table) that it is actually turkey stir-fry Even odder combination than first expected! LOLLast edited by shirlthegirl43; 23-02-2009, 07:50 PM.Happy Gardening,
