I ordered bout 20 quids worth of seeds from the dobbies of scotland(double B). Was four packets of seeds short and was the most expensive ones i wanted. After numerous phone calls they finally answered the phone, i explained and they sent me one of the four packets. So again tried calling them several times on several different days and gave up through boardum and anoyance. Will never use again and would never recomend them.

...but just a few hours ago got another email saying I should keep the seeds.

I guess they realised it would cost more to collect them than they are worth. I am now going to give the seeds to a school I know who is trying to set up a garden for the kids. :-)

I'd be tempted to send a final email to their customer service manager with a brief outline of the stress you've suffered (when they were in the wrong!) and let them know where the 'extra' seeds are actually going!

I have just registered for this site today and came across your post from December. Firstly, I am really sorry that you experienced difficulties with your order and the service you received was not what you would expect from a Company such as ours. Christmas was exceptionally busy for us and although we worked really hard to ensure all customer orders were dealt with in a timely and effective way, it is disappointing to me that we failed to do this in your case and for that I must apologise.
