My letter of complaint worked

Well email actually I recently made some marmalade and I had trouble getting it to set ( thanks shirl for putting me right ) I emailed silver spoon to see how to correct it but they couldnt help me as they didnt know what I had done, I asked on here for a recipe and got a bit confused ( silly moment ) so I followed the recipe on the packet of preserving sugar only it was printed wrong 1.6kg does not equate to 1 and 1/2 lb even I know that. In the post today I have had three little recipe books and a cheque for £3 result I was only asking a question !!!!

Yep I got an Allinson Better Bread making booklet includes Pizza dough,glaces and toppings.
Recipe Ideas Silver spoon booklet has Basic bites and dinners to die for.
Silver spoon recipe booklet has sweet treats, glam jam, some more dinners to die for, happy and healthy and enticing Icing. ( their words not mine )
They all have some nice recipes in.

I'm waiting for a reply from Nestle. I complained that the new Black Magic chocolates aren't half as nice as the old ones (well in my opinion they aren't anyway). There's no soft centres, no nutty clusters just little blocks of chocolate with flavoured bits in!
