Good luck with your thingyascopy Minty, sure all will be fine and you will have worried for nothing.
I'm clearly not for your neck of the woods either, I have no idea what a whittle arse is.

My grandmother was from Nottingham and frequently told people to 'Stop whittling!' so not unknown to me. I think a bit of a whittle is only human though, and you'll feel much better when these things are out of the way. Buy yourself a little treat for having a rotten week but being brave about it - a few new packets of seeds or something.

And let us know how you get on! Good luck.

Please don't worry about this!! I'm only 29 and have been sent home from work with high blood pressure a few times (194/117)

I had my ECG and bloods last week, and have also been referred for an ultrasound on my kidneys and liver to check they are ok

They've put me on a low dose of BP tablets and have said that they'll see me in 3 weeks...

Please try not to worry too much! (((HUG)))

Whittling where I come from is carving things out of a stick...so I did have to ask

I had a sygmoidoscopy about 18 months ago. Scarey thought but turned out to be ok and also turned out that I didn't have what they were checking for! Don't assume the worst. It might be good news!

Anyway, stop worrying (worrying is probably the only thing wrong with you!) it'll be fine. Fingers crossed anyway!
I thought about looking it up, but it sounded bendy and uncomfortable, so I didn't!

Hope everything is ok, Minty. I had a dream once about having a colon exam, by ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER!!!!!!! God, I was glad to wake up!!
