I went to a well known garden centre this morning and I asked for help to load compost into the boot of my car, well the idiot that did it, ripped 2 bags so when i got home I had to clean out boot of car, I am not impressed at all.lost compost aswell as time.......phoned the garden centre to be advised I could have 10% off next time I came, I said no way.........they are now giving me a gift voucher instead.....the mess and places soil can get too!!!!

see now i would clean out the hoover, and then suck up the spilled stuff, and then use it ....... plus you have a voucher

Well, they acknowledged your complaint, gave you a voucher as an appology, so to be honest the customer care is ok.

As for "the idiot" that split the bags, I am sure it was unintentional with no malice intended.

Such things do happen unfortunately. Indeed it has happened to me in the past. I just shrugged my shoulders and said "Cest la vie".

It's so annoying when these things happen. Usually to me when I am in a hurry and have far better things to be doing that hoovering out the car! Good on your for complaining

I went to B&Q three times today, and bought two 150ltr compost each time

On the third go a member of staff lifted the bags onto a trolley and then outside another one lifted the bags into my boot

The third trip was definately easier
