I may have to try his recipe....I made some for Christmas pressies a few years ago, only problem being they didn't fizz...just stayed like little rocks!!
The sore throat lozengers looked tasty!!(even without a sore throat!)

I actually managed to watch it properly last night (Bean was asleep on my chest) - and during the programme I said to LadyWayne "I hope he has a book out - I'd like to try some of these". Low and behold at the end of teh programme...

Bath bombs looked easy enough, lozenges looked like a disaster waiting to happen.

I was sat with notebook and pen watching this last night. Pickle and I are going to try making a bath bomb at the weekend, if it works, the family will be getting homemade presents again this year!!

Noted webpage too as he said some of the recipes are on there, but couldn't find any. His book is on Amazon though! May treat myself next payday.

We made bath bombs for Christmas - using citric acid and bicarb from an online cosmetics store. I used my own essential oils and colours and some dried lavender for them...

They are pretty easy to make, although the stuff can make a mess and it can set really hard so you have to clean up as soon as you've finished!

This is one I'm recording for reference - love his easy style - and he couldn't be clearer at every interval/test/recipe - that it is not a clinical test and may have a hit and miss factor in efficacy for you. Nice to see a completely new face and think he'll do very well in the future.

I use silicone cake trays (or ice cube ones) to shape my bathbombs. They pop out of there really easily and it means you can make some great shapes for pressies!

Never tried putting almond oil in though - might make the bath a bit slippy
