I recorded it & just watched it, I like the look of the bath bombs too, I usually shower but could be tempted into the tub with those! I like his style but the only things that annoy me a little are the way he looks at someone to the side of the camera when speaking (seems to be a trend in T.V. now, what's wrong with looking at the viewer?) & the fact that he says you can get this in most supermarkets/asian food stores/pharmacies/health food shops - not got many of those round here so would have to resort to online sellers. Interesting programme though.

The recipies aren't easy to find. I located the episode 2 ones by clicking on the link before it became linked to iplayer, then using a bit of creativity, I just edited it, and low and behold, found the ones for episode 1

I could not live without a garden, it is my place to unwind and recover, to marvel at the power of all growing things, even weeds!

I'd forgotten it was on to be honest - managed to catch it as I was laid on the sofa with Hayden asleep on me. Otherwise I'd of probably been up and about doing stuff.

Hop & Lavendar pillow works a treat!

I made the hop and lavendar pillow described in the 1st programme and have to say it was brilliant. I am normally up after 4-5 hours in bed but this pillow keeps me sleepy & cosy in my bed till the dawn chorus! Highly recommended, together with the lovely aromatic smell it gives to the bedroom!

I have come late to the programme, but catching up on Iplayer. Love it.

If anyone is struggling to find the recipes I have 5 of the 6 programmes saved to one text document, 6 to be added next week after the programme is shown, just PM me and I will send it over to you.
