The cat has already been threatened with being turned into a pair of furry slippers for just looking at my babies funny - she munched her way through two trays of tomatoes, peppers and aubergines last year.

Ha ha - another guilty one over here!

I got some fancy chilli seeds through the post a week ago, planted them straight away and there are little white dots on the surface of the soil. I know it's too quick, and I'm resisting the urge to prod....

Might just nip upstairs for another look though

I thought everyone did I have to pass through the conservatory to get to the chickens so there's loads of visits to see what's popped up since the last "pass"
