Ankle is v. sore, but it's my throat I'm suffering with... I'm guessing they were in a bit of a hurry to get the tube in coz I feel like I've been throttled, and battered (got a bit of a black eye goin on too!) Still, better than being dead

That's a positive take on it. It is my throat that is giving me hell too - desperate to cough but it hurts too much to do that! Just popped into the garden and planted 16 shallots (saved from last year's) so fairly pleased.

You take it gently and get better quickly. Hot honey and lemon should ease bruising or gargle with soluble asprin.

The kids bought me a mini tub of Ben & Jerry's, amazing how healing that stuff is on a sore throat

I remember, was going to ask you how that was going, hope they get the 'B'.

Me, came in fro a mid afternoon cuppa, and just thought i'd see if it was back and up running.
                  Very reassuring.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

I didn't know GYO had been off air. Nothing serious I hope? I've been busy shifting the muck heap so now I've got tons and tons of rotted manure to go into this years beds. Going to have a go at making up some ' lasagne ' beds. It's a bright sunny day here but still cold.
