I have a few of those bags you get a metre cubed of compost/topsoil/bark delivered in. Does anyone have any ideas what they could be re-used for? They are made out of really tough material.

I use them for collecting leaves in, my allotment has a lot of huge trees surrouding it get loads of leaves. Could also collect manure in them if need be.Gardening ..... begins with daybreak
and ends with backache

Could they be used as raised beds, as per another thread about using big bags for growing in?My hopes are not always realized but I always hope (Ovid)

I would use them as grow bags. Imagine how many spuds! Oooh!

Sorry, Glutton4, a fellow lottie has them and offered them to me. I won't see her until I visit the lottie after we meet on Saturday or on Sunday (if she is there).

No problem EG. They're very useful to us jobbing gardeners. Unfortunately mine are all full - when we moved, I decided at the last minute to bring all my stones - all 4.5 tons! All the best - Glutton 4 Punishment
