Argghhh I'm turning into my Dad! I was up at 6:30 this morning! DD is fast asleep and I cannot sleep in! Now I know I'm starting to get older

So did mine & my mothers dad lasted till the age of 90.The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

...................But my grandfather smoked from the age of 12 only about 10 a day but untipped.

My mum used to be up and about before 6am every day, no alarm clock. I often wish I was like that, she seemed to get so much done before the rest of the house was up and about. Alas, I seem to have inherited my Dad's sleep patterns - insommnia and an inability to wake up in the morning without a ridiculously loud alarm!
BW, I think RedThorn was saying "half as much again" ie, another half of 60 = 30.Comment
