Hi Lynda can I keep you company in the bad mood room please?

I was in a good mood this morning and up until just now but as usual someone at work has to open their big fat mouth with a stupid comment and get my back up! I was not even talking to the silly B>$*a/d! I hate my Boss!! He never, ever talks to me properly or about anything nice but then thinks it is ok to make me the but of his jokes in front of all the guys in the office! B4 anyone asks, yes he is gay and I am sure he hates women! I know he hates women in business! I have nothing against gay people as long as they treat me fair and with a bit of respect! Grrr how I hate himmmmm!

Sorry peeps I needed to get that out or I will be playing road kill on the A13 when I go home in an hour or so

Wow, well done you! I will be sticking to the fork though

Too darned cold to be outdoors here - the girls are sulking in their cupboard today

Looks like rain/snow will stop play tomorrow too Lynda Metcheck.com - Global Weather Forecasts - Weather Forecast for Oldham - [Updated on 03 March 2009 at 16:00] - Weather Feeds - Live Data - Long Range Weather Forecasts
                  Thursday lookin ok though

I'm not ecstatic at the mo either, all my seed spuds need getting out of their net bags as they've started sprouting, but trying to get J to help with carrying trays etc is like trying to get blood out of a stone today!

Bored too as it is raining here too, aggghhh!!! Got so excited this weekend as I spent a whole 5 hours down on the plot (will gloss over the fact that other half criticised once too often and wanted to plant him in the plot) and can't wait to get back down. We are on clay so it always takes forever to dry out! Made a chocolate cake to take my mind off it and even that has just dropped to bits when I took it out of the tin. In a doubly bad mood now......
Good luck with the rotevator when the weather improves, I have booked my dads for next weekend (fingers crossed) and O/H says he can't wait to see ME tackling the beast.....

problem is using a fork kills me, so was hoping this might make things a little easier .... need to do a lot of digging to remove a load of gravel that we've figured out could be limestone before i can plant anything, so theory is, it will be much easier if the soil isn't a solid mass lol (i only half heartedly dug over a few veg beds last year), and this year i need the front garden to be productive., as the back garden will be mostly fruit.

oh cheers sarah lol .... can't wait for that .... i hate having new toys i can't play with *stamps feet* ..... better cover my seedlings up tonight then

My lidl pear tree is shooting like mad since I bought it last year and now my cherry tree, (bought same time, Autum) is coming into bud as well. I think I willl put a pillw case over them when I get home. I have no fleace, only other thing is bubble rap but then they won't be able to breath.

Sorry Lynda - I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but using a rotavator ain't no picnic well, mine isn't anyway.

It does make a great job of the soil and is still better than digging but it can be a bit of an animal and you need a very firm grip on it - a bit like you do with Rob lol
