What is your favourite vegetable?

I couldn't choose just one. I love them all.

Well there are SOME I don't like, but I can never choose a 'favourite' anything, because I love variety! Onions are the most versatile, and essential for that versatility, but I wouldn't want to eat them on their own.

Love them all, but I think the potato wins out for being so versatile and tasty - new potatoes with butter are a meal in themselves.

To eat I love loads of them. To grow I love growing tomatoes! Hate eating them but they're easy to grow, crop really well and the children love picking and eating them straight off the plant

Courgettes.. easy to grow and there is loads of them!! They also come in loads of colours and shapes.

Sweetcorn - cooked within 15 minutes of picking - drizzled with melted butter

Veg of the gods, get real problems with caterpillars though until I caught the eldest collecting caterpillars to put on the plants , fair play to his initiative

Its no contest - elephant garlic. Still discovering new ways to use it.

The humble carrot, but I also really love sweet pointy spring cabbages and savoys in winter.

Onions or any member of the allium family.
It adds flavour to everything.
