Speeding workshops

I never knew you could get speeding workshops, is that for Scotland too? I have points and a fine on my licence (no longer valid from August this year though! Yay!) but would have been going to fast to be eligible anyhow.

Sounds like a good idea to avoid points, I couldn't apply for several jobs as I didn't have a clean licence!

Did you get caught on Abingdon Road? If so you have my sympathy as thats the most ridiculous 30mph zone I've ever seen.

As for the workshop or fine I'd go for the workshop. You never know what you might learn that will make you a better driver in the future.

No Matt, it was on the way into Henley - but oh gawd yes - isn't that 30 JUST the most stupid. I have seen police cars pass me, on opposite side, on that road most definitely NOT doing 30!!

An ex-colleague of mine attended one last year. He came back saying 'What if... what if... what if...' That's all they bl**dy said! I don't think he was in the right frame of mind when he went in!
