I swear by whisky mac (whisky and ginger). It got me through the Cheltenham Festival a few years ago. I'd paid a fortune for the tickets for OH's birthday and I had a serious bout of bronchitis. Very pissed but very enjoyable .

Rubbish Hayley - a problem shared is a problem halved lol!

What you need my girl is a Port and Brandy - by the time you've had a couple, if it doesn't cure it, you don't care!

Hope you feel better soon pal

Well, it's 4.45am I dragged myself to bed at 9pm after K-9 on tv after finishing off the Oxford Landing, and actually feel a tad better, at least my throat doesn't feel like ripping itself out any more, maybe it's pickled

Went back to bed and now feel a tad better, if I was a man I would be convinced I've broken a rib or two, they are a lttle tender every time I cough.

Ma & Pa for lunch today and taxi collection for DD means lunch will be later, so lucky with the weather cause I've left the horses out the last few nights so I could get off mucking out only the chooks for now

Lunch over and after a couple of glasses I feel much better (don't normally drink during the day but seems to have done me some good).....

Ribs seriously aching whenever I do anything and now the weather has finally caught up with us (hail ) horses are back in.
