I've just moved house and aquired a 'conservatory' - ie lean to sun room and every available space is filled with trays of seedlings and chitty potatoes but not that many!

Had to show hubby - 'look it's all perfectly normal'

Cheers, he's stopped moaning and grudgingly accepted it could be a lot worse!

How much room do you have for growing them. I only have a few ( not enough ) going to get some more now.

I'm lucky enough to have be given access to part of a field this year. I hope to set up 100ft beds for tatties. Going to have an achy back though after all that planting

Well I'm going for it....I'm going to start planting this week, not sure how long it will take me, I spent all of last week preparing the beds for them as this is a new area that I will be using this year. All I remember from last week was that I ache from head to foot, even my eyeballs where aching.

Just cleared some space on my coffee table, bit the bullet and put my first earlies in today, earthed up well and have got fleece on standby just in case
