Not sure what they're called - logs? bricks? Anyway has anyone tried making these with one of those machine thingies (I think you wet the paper, push it in, pull a handle?) As you can see I'm not very well informed, but with the colder weather approaching I'd be glad to know what anyone's made of them. Our wood burner ate a shed full of logs last year!

I've heard that they are an absolute nuisance to make - take ages to dry?

Hi BB - I've found a couple of sites for you:
www.geocities.com/remedypage/craft/25.html - tells you how to roll newspapers for burning.
www.greenshop.co.uk - they sell log makers - this takes you to their home page and there is an icon slap bang in the middle!
Good luck! Let me know how you get on. DDLBernie aka DDL

Thanks for the feedback - DDL, yes that's the one I've been looking at. No good if I'm going to have to spend all Summer making them though - I've heard the probs with drying before MultiV which is why I'm hesitant
Anyone used one before? If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.
