Just finished Aubergine Lasagne, with roasted veg (mushrooms, red onion, garlic cloves, courgettes, red peppers and pomodorino tomatoes cooked in olive oil, black pepper, paprika and a little salt) with a glass of 1996 Merlot.Comment

Right Now nothing but last night
Smoked Haddock and Leek Quiche with green salad - Cote de Duras Wine.
Pot Roast Pork cooked in cider, roast potatoes, carrots - Wine - Argentian Malbec, then a Cahors.
Mixed cheeses - cabecou, bleu d'auvergne, camembert- Cahors wine
Spiced Cider Jelly with armagnac cream
Coffee and chocolates

I'm just in from my italian class and had a muller light vanilla yog with choc flakes in, yum. Unfortunately I spolit it by dipping a bourbon biscuit in it too
