      Just finished Aubergine Lasagne, with roasted veg (mushrooms, red onion, garlic cloves, courgettes, red peppers and pomodorino tomatoes cooked in olive oil, black pepper, paprika and a little salt) with a glass of 1996 Merlot.

                      Right Now nothing but last night
                      Smoked Haddock and Leek Quiche with green salad - Cote de Duras Wine.
                      Pot Roast Pork cooked in cider, roast potatoes, carrots - Wine - Argentian Malbec, then a Cahors.
                      Mixed cheeses - cabecou, bleu d'auvergne, camembert- Cahors wine
                      Spiced Cider Jelly with armagnac cream
                      Coffee and chocolates
                      with friends

                        Sorry - had to drag this thread back up just to say I've made some rare breed pork scratchings with sea salt...still warm and mmm... so worth the 47,000 calories they probably contain.

                          oooooh! How many? Bet they are yummy though. Got home made spicy lamb burgers in the fridge waiting to go and a glass of el cheapo chardonnay from tesco

                            I'm just in from my italian class and had a muller light vanilla yog with choc flakes in, yum. Unfortunately I spolit it by dipping a bourbon biscuit in it too
