I don't know about 'mid-May', might be OK, might not, and I won't know until nearer the time. Later would be 'safer' for me, but don't go changing things to fit me in if it isn't as good for the rest. I'll get to meet folk sooner or later anyway!

OH wants to go to Spain in May, but with luck we will go towards the end of April, and be back for whatever date you select.
