Practise makes us a little better, it doesn't make us perfect.
What would Vedder do?

Don't bother with tea as goes stewed as others have said. Stick with coffee and add the milk before you go. Also a bit of disarrono or any other tipple you prefer is a very nice addition!!

Milk in coffee!? Perish the thought. I don't drink coffee very often (never instant stuff), but when I do I find the idea (let alone the taste) of milk in coffee repulsive. Each to their own of course.A simple dude trying to grow veg. http://haywayne.blogspot.com/

I like coffee mate and 2 sugars in my coffee. We often take a flask to craft fairs but found taking a container of coffee, one for coffeemate and one for sugar too fiddly - sometimes I am too busy if I have loads of customers. We dont make up a flask of coffee as it can taint the flask. So now I take one of those baby milk containers - you know the ones with 3 sections in and into each compartment I put the correct amount of coffee, sugar for a cup etc. Then all I need to do is pour out a mug of hot water from the flask, tip in the concoction, stir and its done! If choirboy is with me he has a different container with his preferance - 1 sugar and extra coffee powder and if Bluebelle and Bashfull Bill are around I take them a concoction of hot choc powder with a little coffee mate in. Using coffee mate (like marmite - love it or hate it) means you dont have to try and keep milk cold.Last edited by Finedon.Dandy; 10-03-2009, 12:50 PM.Tammy x x x x

When it comes to coffee, I'll drink Espresso, or Latte (and when feeling lazy the 'instant' imitation of Latte). Coffee with a LITTLE milk is not nice!
Mostly when we need hot drink and not want bother, we use instant hot chocolate (flask of water and sachet), as it needs nothing else added and works even if the water is 'drinking heat' rather than 'very hot'.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

Happy with black coffee so that's easy - but can't abide tea ready made from a flask - have to just take hot water, separate tea bags and milk. When I'm out for the day fishing I generally have a flask of hot soup and one of instant hot chocolate - both seem much more warming than tea or coffee.Life is too short for drama & petty things!
So laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!

we add the milk to the tea or coffee but and just take it as it is, but keep the sugar in the separate snap lid part cos OH takes it and I don't. It doesn't taste the same but instead it tastes of coffee or tea from a flask which usually means that i am away from home doing something fun so it doesn't bother me, if that makes any sense at all!

I live on coffee - my flask takes 3 tsps coffee, 7 (sometimes 8 ) and a wee bit of milk. It's usually all finished by 1pm !Rat

Only drink black unsweetened cofee...so not a problem I've ever considered.
Always take a flask to the lottie. Was all excited at the weekend to have bought a new flask to save me trundling home midday for a refil...only to pour out a cup of stone cold coffee 2 hours after arriving!!!the fates lead him who will;him who won't they drag.
Happiness is not having what you want, but wanting what you have.xx

I fill a flask with boiling water and then have instant coffee, coffee mate, and QT (instant tea and whitener) available so I can pick and choose.
