Lady Wayne is top notch lovely lady, Wayne was Wayne - described by Snowdrop as 'cracking bloke, invite him over'.

Food was superb, really lovely time
So glad I'm not alone! ALL Babies to that to me, without exception so far. If I had been even slightly maternal in the first place, I'm sure most of my friends' babies would have converted me !

Glad you had a lovely time - we knew you would

What can I say, my boy's a boob man.

Glad you had a good time - we enjoyed it too, all three of us! I'll be getting me Felcos on the liburnum tonight. There's still loads of the chocolate and Guiness cake left, you should have taken some with you in hindsight. You tired Hayden out, he fell asleep on me for about 3 hours last night (after we'd tidied up).

SD's a pretty top dude himself - don't think I'd want to be on the wrong side of t'law with him though.

                  From HW

                  You ain't seen me right?

                  #Starter
Pate of some description, haven't decided yet - with nice rustic poppyseed loaf, my home made courgette chutney and some token salad.

                  #Main
Beef Bourguignon with new potatoes, shreedded savoy cabbage and baby carrots.

                  #Dessert
Nigellas Guinness cake with some evil clotted cream

Followed by coffee if anyone fancies it.

What was the Pate in the end? And did he remember CORNISH clotted cream?

I didn't eat the bread cos I was concerned about the poppy seeds, I mean - were they legal
                    Chutney was top drawer
                    Token salad was just right

                    #Main
Beef Bourguignon with new potatoes, shreedded savoy cabbage and baby carrots.
BB was also top drawer, but I didn't see any shreedded savoy cabbage - the cabbage I had was just as nice though as were the baby carrots

                    #Dessert
Nigellas Guinness cake with some evil clotted cream
He was awhisking something in the kitchen, now I know us Cornish is odd folks but even we don't whisk our clotted cream

Followed by coffee if anyone fancies it.
                    SD was driving

What was the Pate in the end? And did he remember CORNISH clotted cream?
No idea what the Pate was but it was nice Pate
                    No Noooo No he didn't
                    *sobs
But he did give me tons of red wine which he thought was really funny as I was going to Dentist today

I'd given piskie the heads up that we have a decent garden centre just round the corner - and it'd be a shame to not be able to make use of it on their way home, and the car would therefore be a more "sensible" choice.

and you know what... SD picked up his wallet and put it back down saying 'I don't need to take that'

short memory of pot-culling my love says I, picking up his wallet and placing in firmly and securely in my bag - there, that'll learn him

Can't get a quote to work, BUT whisk clotted cream!! Unheard of. I so, so wish I could still make clotted cream but I've lost my access to raw cream.

I'm so jealous of Piskie & SD and the cuddles with Bean (Hayden). I will try harder to join in. I really would like to host a BBQ in the summer.
