Good grief woman, you shouldn't be allowed out!

Sorry that you seem to have your own thundercloud at the moment, sorry you're in pain, wierd how it comes in bunches.

Sarah you have obviously got the s*&t fairy taken up residence at your place. Cyber hugs and all that goes with....

That is one of the unluckiest things I have heard in a long time.
You have plenty of luck but it is all bad luck.
Hope they get you fixed up and back out soon.

Thanks for the hugs everyone, they're most welcome
AllotmentLady, tis Airedale General Hosp, in Steeton, near Keighley. Hoping I won't be here long!
Nicos, you're right, and i keep telling myself that even if it takes a year to get right, at least it will be right in the end!
I'm definitely going to have to get some help with the allotments though, there's far too much to do for Jez to do on his own...
Anyway, the morphine man has been round, so i'm heading for the "handbag full of rainbows" feeling now thank heaven

What a rubbish time you've been having! Really feel so sorry for you. You are due a major lot of good luck, maybe a lottery win (you could purchase your very own male nurse!?) xxx

So sorry to hear about your accident Sarah. Do you need car to get to plot? If you can get there I'm sure you'll be able to do something - perhaps sitting down - even if it's slow. I often think about how disabled people get on when I do something daft to myself, and it does make me really appreciate my "health".......

That's terrible Sarwix. I think you have got the Gremlins. It can be a real trying time to get rid of those little boogas. All they bring with them is sugarollywater. I can't spell that or give you the origin of the word but basically it is liquorice dissolved in water - and you know what that looks like - brown, skittery stuff.
Hope they are looking after you well and you get well soon.

What a rotten night Had about an hour's sleep at most... There's a dotty old lady been up and down, wandering around, chuntering, a bloomin door banging all night, not to mention a throbbing foot!
Goin to theatre for pinning about 9am i think, so the nurses made tea and toast at midnight which was nice of them :-)
