Wow! A Double Yolker! (You don't think I've been reading too much about chickens do you? )

As everyone's said - take care of yourself (and them!)

Great news hope you're going to take it easy.
Lie down, put your feet up, donb't worry about anything, just rest and get a few more weeks under your belt.
Delighted for you as i've been there too.

And when your back stops aching,

You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Wow, that's fantastic news, no wonder you felt the need to share it!!! You take great care of yourself now (as if we need to tell you, but do!), and I shall keep everything crossed for you. Are you feeling shattered? I did when I was early days with my twins - oh, how exciting, it's brought it all flooding back....
Life is brief and very fragile, do that which makes you happy.

Yes I am shattered LOL! I thought it was my thyroid making me so so sick and tired.

As promised here is the scan pic - not much to see at this stage - except that there are indeed two! I have to keep checking the pic as its not really sunk in yet! When I woke up I even thought it had all been a dream at first!

I am going to really take it easy especialy for the next 4 weeks. Its nice to know there are some twin mothers on the vine - I will be bugging you for advice I am sure as long as I can get these two to stick. Hope you are all praying for me.

Looking forward to meeting you on the 29th LD (and Andrea, David etc). This morning Choirboy (think I may change that to Mr Dandy as it seems an easier name for us all LOL) said he thought the trip may be too much as I will be travelling further on the trip up as I will be coming from my Mums in Enfield so that makes it 2 hours not 1. He cannot come now as he has to work and we are gonna need every penny! but I have said I really want to go but have promised not to risk it if I dont feel well enough. So fingers crossed eh!

We are indeed Tammy - how I'll manage to do all the work on the plot today with everything crossed I don't know! You will need to rest as much as is humanly possible, as those little beans will take it out of you. I did revive a bit after about 12 weeks though. I do so hope that they are tenacious little things, and pray that they hang on in there.

All being well, Squashysue and I (anyone else with twins I wonder?) will be able to offer as much advice as you require (or do our best at least!) over the following months. I welled up when I saw that scan photo, ah, happy memories

Yeek HW ! I take it that may have been a bit of a melt down situation? Did you ruin them? I do hope not.
