sorry folks not exactly firing on all 4 yet.
Esther Rose born on 12th march at 8.59pm 7lb7 1/2oz at home in water
active labour 8 hours latent labour 2 days.
        apgar scores 9 and 10
        mum and baby drug free.
she would have been born in her waters if I hadnt asked the midwife to break them at the last moment, she broke the hook they were that thick, she had never seen it before in 35 years, so she was almost a fairy child.

Esther Rose...how lovely, you must be a fan of the musical 'Meet me in St Louis' (Esther is Judy Garland's character and Rose is her older sister).

Hey guys! Here she is, our Yoda faced little beauty! In the top picture she was about 4 minutes old and still attached to Yo and they were both still in the birth pool, which I might add looked like something out of a b-movie horror flick.

Now gents of the vine, know this - I am no expert by any means, but in my opinion, it looks like giving birth might smart a bit...

                          Thanks for all your messages.

                              What an absolute beaut!

Surprising how the "bloody bit" doesn't seem to phase you at the time isn't it?

                              Congratulations again.
