some people just don't get it

PS Sluglobber... I'm glad I'm not the only one with a sister who seems so different from myself - yours sounds just like mine. I haven't spoken to her for two years after she came to visit and was so so very VERY rude to me and my husband that my husband (a very placid and gentle man) said she was never to come to our house ever again. She screamed at me in the street because we walked the wrong way going from Harrods to Kensington Gardens and it meant we had a 20min walk instead of getting the bus. She shouted "I'm on my holiday!!! I didn't come here to get knackered out!!! You did it on PURPOSE !!!" She has a lovely turn of phrase. I do wonder how we came to be born into the same family. The only reason I can think of that she is this way is that she had Scarlet Fever quite bad as a baby and I think it did something to the wiring of the emotional part of her brain. That's how I cope with how she is.
