Congratulations and wish you all the best for the future. I think you will be fab. It's quite refreshing to hear that you are going into teaching because its what you want to do, I often see people (in my job) who take different jobs only to find out its not what they thought it might be.
Teacher really do make a difference especially the ones that have a good relationship with their students. I often think back to my best teachers, only now when I go to our local school they are teaching my daughter!

Congrats on making the decision Zazen! Haven't been on last couple of days, HB will be thrilled and not all the kids are a nightmare HB has a very good group of teenagers around her, who love learning and on occasion teaching the teachers too!

Sorry, I'm a bit late with the congratulations. Well done you - I'm sure you'll make a great teacher. I think it's brilliant that you are grabbing new opportunities with both hands.

        Good on yer

          Thanks all.

Happy Bunny is one Top Student - I know because she is always telling me about her favourite classes...and doesn't like it when others spoilt them. It's a refreshing approach!

i'm very aware of the difficulties of working with kids, and the admin/paperwork etc side of things, and doesnt bother me one bit - i've been working with kids for many years, currently run a scout troop (don't get paid for that!) and should be easy peasy compared to running my own business .........
