how do you think this forum got to be called friendly,,,and why do some of us wish to meet up,including the mods,,,yes thats it,precicely because we are friendly ,it's like going to a party,there are some you will not talk to,and others you chat to all night,yes i know i am 1 of the so thought of as sad people on the ctam,but it's what is called friendly ,and we do look and contribute to other threads as well,if we were not meant to do the chat stuff,then a special sectian would not have been created,as the saying goes,1 mans meat is another mans poison,,it takes all sort to make the world go around,,people do have different oppinions to each other,thats what gives us our own personality ,
This is in no way a pop at anyone,but just the way i see things from another pair of eyes

tbh I use my mouse like the TV remote, if I dont like something I dont have to read it. For instance I dont keep chickens so I rarely notice the rule the roost threads. They all seem to be about chicken shite as far as I can see

If things are kept to gardening topics wouldnt they be in the gardening section, not the General Chat? GC does what it says on the tin, its general.

I am not a "joiner" but I enjoy reading bits about peoples lives when time allows, and Ive not felt excluded

by having a lot of friendly chat and discussion about growing fruit and veg and various other stuff ..... and that was happening long before you and i joined .....

Perhaps a thread called 'Come in Wayne, we're missing you' may have been a safer bet?!

Jeeps, some people read more into the Vine than I would ever think of doing, but then that's life, different folk see things in different ways. I'm a happy bunny though, if thats any help (hands SarzWix a shiny, polished apple, homegrown of course ).
