Still waiting for my T&M seeds

I sent an order for seeds from T&M about 3 weeks ago now through the post and I am still waiting! Has anybody else had any trouble? I've tried ringing them last week and they said they haven't got it on their system yet and that there are 'loads of letters unopened!' I usually order online at least that way you have a record of your order, but I had a £10 voucher that couldn't be spent online - grrr! How convenient if they have 'lost' my voucher, no such thing as free stuff
I'm getting very worried now that the Pak Choi and Sweet peppers that I ordered need to be planted soon - am I going to miss out?
Anyone else had problems or is it just my bad luck?

I think they are just overwhelmed, I ordered (big order) online and its coming in dribs and drabs, yesterday received Gooseberry and strawberry plants that were delivered almost on the last day of their expected delivery slot.

Hi, yepI have had the same problem.Ordered 3 weeks ago, i mailed them yesterday but have only had the automated response so far.
I had a voucher mine was only for 5 GBP i mailed them about that too after having problems redeeming it online. But to be fair to T&M they sorted it out for me.

Fingers crossed everything arrives soon, for all of us!

Hang in there - they are usually good at sorting out problems, and I really don't think they'd diddle you out of the voucher. They're more likely to send you another. I don't think their admin side is particularly hot at this time of year, but they will try to keep you happy. Eventually.

I ordered on 3rd March, because I posted the thread below about it. They came today, everything except the Cobra beans, they are to follow.

I wasn't sure what to call this, but I'm pretty pleased with myself.
I had 2 £10 vouchers for T&M, courtesy of GYO for tips published, an overpayment slip, and a £5 voucher for money off which came today (I even phoned to check I could use all the vouchers in the same order).

The 14 includes 2 free packets of seed. I didn't think I needed anything other than cukes , but it's surprising what you 'need' when you know you don't have to pay, even got the P&P covered.

I had £26.92, and managed to spend £26.88, I'm not worried by the 5p overpayment

Bear with it, but I know, it's a nuisance when it's seeds that need to go in soon . I'm still waiting for over half of my order of onion sets (4 bags), and my seed potatoes, all of which would be tucked into the ground already in an ideal world. I'm just trying to tell myself that they will catch up eventually. Perhaps we all need a bit of chilling time in HW's Zen garden (although as I have a stinking cold the last thing I need is to be actually chilled!)....

nothing ere either, i phoned them when i read your post they said they have been delays but mine are ebing dispatched today and any vegetable plants will be dispatched April/May!

Hang on or give them a call. I thought an order I made was taking a long time (3 weeks)so I called but they had been dispatched that day. I guess its just a really busy time of year and they use 2nd class for seeds. Call centre was great and very helpful.

it took a couple of months for my seeds to arrive from t&m.

I sent in an order 3 weeks ago and I too had a £10 voucher. It was quite a large order too and arrived in 2 separate packages, but on the same day and about 10 days after I'd posted my order.
