He's growing up too fast.

He starts pre-school on Wednesday. I've been nominated to take him and spend the session there with him.

Next thing I know, he'll be asking to borrow the car...!

Well, he's settled into pre-school like a dream.

There was a little girl (who he knows via the childminder's network) that started on the same day as him. A week or so ago, she turned up at pre-school and was beside herself, didn't want to go in and was crying her little heart out. Anyway, Bean walked up to her, put his arm round her and told her it will be ok, held her hand and said they'll have fun. She was fine.

Then, on Friday* just gone he arrived with the childminder and all the other mums/carers were there with their buggies etc, and he walked up to his "favourite girlfriend" and told her she was looking gorgeous today. The childminder and other mum's melted.

*Friday's is just him and 5 girls.
