Exactly the same here And what really makes me mad is when the milk is left out, the bread left open to dry out and the jam jar left with the lid off cos OH says he's not sure if he has finished with it yet!!

My missus does this and it really winds me up! The bin is one to two steps to the left, she walks past it with her tea!

Oh, and she put more sugar on the work surface than in her cup, she also puts the spoon on the surface as well so we get tea stains on the side.

And she doesn't clean the bath out after which makes me REALLY annoyed! She is a bloke in a womans body I think. <--- double mad.

I went for supper at a girlfriends tonight, came home to find my 3 blokes had left all their washing up! I asked them to check my back for wings, as they obviously think I am the bl@@dy wahing up fairy!

Needless to say the washing up has now been done, and not by me

I was gonna say you should get a dishwasher but sound like you already have one!

              Oh well done Fiona!

Sharon, you could just start reusing them on his tea (if you ever make him a cup) and threaten to keep doing so unless they are in the compost bin!!!

My OH doesnt drink tea or coffe so no problems there, but what does annoy me is he hardly ever puts his dishes into the dishwasher, he leaves them for me until I moan at him then he will do it for a while then stop again, It has always been my pet hate.

                  My wife leaves doors open...
The fridge door - will take e.g. milk out, but not close the door until she has finsihed with milk and put it back ages later, letting all the cold out.
Oven door - take for example roasting chicken out to baste but leaves door open while she is doing it and letting all the heat out.
Bathroom door - when I'm having a bath or shower, room lovely and warm, she opens the door and lets artic cold in, usually just as I'm getting out of warm water.

As for tea bags... well I always make the tea so no problem there, except I get moaned at for not wiping up tea splillage from the surface.

Now, see, if us boys started a thread whinging about you girlies, we would be told off.
You have just as many bad habits as us, leaving the toilet seat the wrong way is clearly one of them, but I shall agree with Alice. Why fight about it?
Just accept that we are right and you are wrong. Easy peasy.

It may be a neat pile, but any wall builder knows that there should be a 50% overlap between bricks. Tell him to try harder (and I look forward to seeing a picture with a bigger, better pile, tee hee!).

I wonder why we get so lazy with teabags? I have a chipped cup as my teabag receptical. No towers on it, though.

I just showed your pic to Mr Sheds. He failed to see the irony. But then he:

                          - puts laundry NEXT TO the machine, not in it
                          - dishes NEXT TO the dishwasher, not in it.
                          - teaspoons NEXT TO the sink, not in it

                          you get my drift ...

I got home from work today and the building inspectors must have been and must of said that OH didn`t have planning permission for his teabag wall as it is now in the kitchen compost box.
                            Oh well untill next time...lol
