Last year I had no problems at all with any of our furry friends. This year I've had both moles and rabbits digging in my onion bed and now I've discovered mice in the pea and bean bed - aaarrrgggh! The onion bed is a raised bed so I'm going to dig out all of the soil (after I've harvested what is remaining!) and then place wire netting at the bottom before refilling with the soil. Hopefully that will deter the little bliters.

I would go with the recipes. If rabbits eat your crops, eat the rabbits! It is supposed to be possible to keep rabbits out with electric fencing (never tried), but whatever you do, do NOT leave the fencing up-but-switched-off!Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

Sorry but I love bunnies, however if they were eating all my produce I might have a different opinion but even so I could never harm one.I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.
