The only statement or rather, name, that is sometimes used for Scots that I really do take offence at is "Sweaty" as in Sweaty sock = Jock. Then I get mad
Other than that, fire at will - after thirteen years in London in Law Enforcement, I think I've heard them allRat

Yes I have a tattoo, quite small and was looking at getting another one (hidden from public view of course) not too big and on a Scottish theme. Any suggestions?
Not that it matters..........a common tatto theme is having names or sayings in Chinese or Japanese for some reason! My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)

No I'm not but Mr C is, a Glasgow boy. Although my Grandad's family (Mums side) were. The Luckenbooth history is quite nice though with links to where we were married.

I've always fancied having an eithiopian tattoo, like the suri or nyangatom. Its where they lift the skin with a thorn and make little incisions. The skin heals over with a lump. I'll see if I can find a picci.
Here's an exampleAttached FilesLast edited by Mikey; 18-04-2009, 10:21 PM.I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.
