    truckfest

    Has anyone been to one?
    We are thinking of going to the peterborough one this weekend.
    My son would love monster trucks and the motorbikes.
    But the lorries would leave us all cold.

    Is it worth a day out just for the monster trucks and how would I know they would really be there? Can't find a timescale on the website.
    Don't want to go all that way to look at some lorries.

      It's probably not for you then.
      There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.

        I only really want to see the monster trucks I can see lorries on the A14 every day!

          Thats why it's not for you . Its an annual gathering of truckers from all over the UK to show off their latest customised lorries . The bouncy castles and monster trucks are a gimmic to pull in the crowds .
          I've been , I should be there this year but life got in the way . If you don't have an intrest in shiney trucks , stainless steel exhausts , spotlights and LED taillights I can't think of a reason why you would want to be within 20 miles of Peterborough this weekend.
          There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.

              I went to watch the truck racing once - a great day out! (I was a LOT younger though )

                once youve been to one truckfest ,youve been to them all ,went to Driffield 5 years ago.
                cost us a fortune to get in , then there was food on top .
                Some of the paintwork on the trucks are fantastic , the shows arnt bad either but i prefer not to see them year after year.
                truck racing sounds good though glutton , never seen it before.
                Take photographs today because tommorow you might not have
