I know that the trading Standards people are very keen to warn people about bogus callers, and are happy to send a representative to talk to groups, especially for the elderly. so if anyone runs a church social group or an elderly persons' lunch club for example it might be worth contacting them to see if someone would pop along to warn people and tell them what to do if someone like this calls at their home.Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.
