    Ive just had my first purple sprouting broccoli with my sunday lunch, ive never had them before and they were b****y lovely!
    Life isnt about surviving the storm.....But learning to dance in the rain.

      Will be having my last asparagus spears of the season for my breakfast tomorrow.
      First year of harvesting them, and tbh didnt get that many, but hoping for better next year.

        Hi Lemon - Long White Icicle can be harvested when 3" to 6" long - any bigger and they can start getting woody - and anyway, nobody eats that much radish in one sitting !

          I sowed some mooli on Thursday, I was given the seeds by a neighbour.
          The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.
