Hello. As you say the weather is much better today, its not windy although it does keep spitting with rain. Whereabouts in Lancashire are you?

I am sitting here steaming. Not in an angry sense, but actually, with steam !
I got so utterly soaking wet out on the patch today, that now I have come into the warm there is a damp fug rising off me ! It was hardly weeding weather but as I am away from home working all week it was today or not at all - and next weekend the weeds would be bigger and meaner, so on with the waterproofs...
Somehow, it makes a good cup of tea taste even better.
Of course, now I have come inside to pack my stuff for work, the rain has stopped and there is even a threat of some sunshine...

          Sitting here typing this crap!
Later, I'll be transplanting my celeriac into its bed, and finishing the bread which is slowly rising in the fridge (I don't use a breadmaker, I prefer the old-fashioned way).

Sunny today especially, and yesterday was quite good as well.
                  I actually got sunburned today.
