This is a follow on from another thread about gardeners world site weather forecast. It says Farnham today 17c but tomorrow 100c!! I know it's milder down here in the south but that's just a little too warm for me

Well, I've just arrived back from the lottie at 9.30pm and I'm frozen. It's the middle of May, for heaven's sake! My loopy cockerel was refusing to go to bed and by the time everyone was securely shut up for the night my hands were too numb to open the gate. Perhaps 100C is a tad on the warm side, but a more seasonable temperature than what we currently have would be welcome.Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

Its a bit cloudy here havent ventured out yet but it didnt seem too bad when I let the cat out. OH going for a cycle, daughter got extra tap lesson as she takes her grade 1 in three weeks, me I will be off to the lottie as soon as I can.Gardening ..... begins with daybreak
and ends with backache
