I realized many years that most MPs are full of their own s**t & you can tell as soon as they open their mouths.

i agree bw , they belong in alcatraz . The mps have tried covering this up.
The person or persons who exposed this did this in the publics interest.
          And quite rightly so .

Its funny how they are blaming the system....that they created.

The question you have to ask is why is there 5-10 candtates for every seat....cos they know its a gravy train.

The one person that comes out of all this with gravy all over his face is gorballss mick the speaker of the house of commons. He has wasted so much taxpayers' money on all this. He should resign, immediately.

Yeah, but a bit too far for them to commute daily to the Westminster Gasworks. If we get rid of this lot, we will only end up having to replace them or (much worse) have all decisions made in Brussels. The Westminster lot are amateurs compared to Brussels!

The system is seriously warped when gardening expenses are deemed legitimate. These bods need to move into the real world, life doesn't revolve around them, they are here to serve us.

The sooner they realise that they are glorified butlers the quicker the creases will be ironed out.

It still makes me laugh that anyone pays for horse manure. Yards have to pay to have it taken away and I don't know many that get away with charging 'by the bag'. Kudos to those that do, though, lol!

All of this has made me so angry. I have not spoken to a single person who has had anything to say in defence of our MPs. They are worse than pigs at a trough.

Mrs snuffer is the deputy head of a Nottinghamshire school. If, when staff are away from school supervising field trips they have to do the food shoping, they are not allowed to use their supermarket points card in case it looks like they are benefitting from the trip in any way. Just imagine the good all of those bogus expense claims could do in a school. I know that in the grand scheme of things it's not that much but as the issuer of one of those points cards is so fond of saying, 'evey little helps'.
It is the doom of man, that they forget.

We get yards delivering to us for free...we also get a skip of wood of cuts from the local wood yard and piles of saw dust and chips.

They think we are being nice letting them deliver it......fools fools.

The whole business is shameful but they have no shame.

What bugs me is that these expence claims have been OK'd by someone! If a business were to recieve a claim for something that is oviously not work related the claim would be thrown back and probably some sort of disciplinary action taken on the issuer. Makes you wonder about the integrity of the accountants who ok'd these payments and if some sort of back-hander was required for them to do so.
