A Chip Butty.

I have died and gone to Heaven.

After a hectic day good cookery was the last thing on my mind. So it's chicken nuggets & chips. I don't like chicken nuggets, even though these are proper chunks of chicken breast, so I've got a chip butty.

OOO..that's just what we had for our spesh supper a couple of nights ago..well twas with eggs and chicken and mushy peas too as well as ketchup..and a mug of tea with fresh milk ( all a luxury out here- I can tell you!!!)

Well I have had mash, fried eggs ( newly laid ) and baked beans yumm its too late by the time we get back from daughters rowing practice and I am not organised enough to sort something to be ready by the time we get back.

Just had to say that having read your post I am now craving a lovely buttered chip butty with salt and vinegar on the chips. It was meant to be a prawn salad tonight but hey life's to short to be good all the time. Mmmmmm I will put the lettuce back and keep it for tomorrow but hey chinese vegetable spring rolls sound so good and it will be Friday after all.
