I wish folk would at least be more original with their insults! Yawn....... We've got 4 LGBT liaison officers in Grampian Police, but am not sure how it works in your area. If you're in Manchester there are lots of "Hate Crime Reporting Centres" (check out their website) which you can use if you dont want the Police coming round to your house and maybe antagonising your neighbour more.

didn't realise there was a LGBT liaison officer.. the woman PC who came round when we reported the crime was gay.. would have loved to have seen the neighbours face when the lesbian cop went round and asked her if it was true that as well as beating up my MIL she'd also said that my MILs daughter was a big fat dyke lol

I know when I worked for a Pest Control company we did a lot of culling of various vermin.
Best thing I can advise is to go on google and search for pest control companies in the local area you live ring them and see what they advise you may have to go through the local council.
Grey Squirrels are a real nuisance and cause so much damage to trees,crops property you should see the damage they do when the get into a loft space.
As they are members of the rodent family they have to chew and knaw in order to keep their teeth down as rodents teeth continually grow without this teeth will be overgrown causing death to the animal.

And they will gnaw plastic with pleasure..... such as the insulation on wiring, or plastic pipes.
When we have to report rodent presence, and comment on the risk of damage, we always include a phrase such as "squirrels should not be overlooked in this respect". They are a real menace in a roof!
Just because they have fluffy tails, it doesn't make them any better neighbours than the OTHER sort of rats, and they are bigger as well.

think they're hoping we'll move but it's never going to happen.. we should have known they had issues with different types of ppl when we first met them and they said "thank god you're not p***s (people from a certain asian country)".. the mods might remove that line but i totally understand if they do

just wish they'd hurry up and get on with the court case.. would you believe the police haven't even had formally charged my in laws or given them a formal interview yet.. it's been 9 days since it all happened!!

Any update on your situation? Have the police charged anyone? Have you caught your neighbour up to no good on the CCTV? Have you discussed the situation with the squirrels and shown them that they too could be accused of homophobic behaviour as they are specifically targeting your crops (cue picture of rainbow painted squirrels tending crops instead of eating them)......

I would put grey squirrel traps in there then kindly say to her to be careful not to scatter food in that area as it will encourage the squirrels and it would be her fault if they had to be despatched. That ought to do it.
