The one that winds me up is Sarah Raven, no idea if she knows her stuff cos am always wondering why she always gardens in slightly inappropriate clothing - doesn't she own any old jeans? Petty and not worth getting worked up over I know but I get like that sometimes!
Which one is Carol Klein, is she the older woman on GW? Don't know much about her but she always seem knowledgable. Any idea what channel are screening it, FHG?
Yes she's the one on GW with the short reddish hair. She's one of my favourites; not afraid to get mucky and knows her stuff.
I don't know what channel it's going to be on, I'm afraid, will ask my colleague tomorrow.
Hi
The last I heard it was scheduled for early Spring on BBC2, the tie-in book to Grow Your Own Veg is published by Mitchell Beazley in February (£16.99).
Sue
Looking forward to Carol's new show on veg., I saw a couple of the ones on open gardens which were on in the afternoon recently & I thought they were a waste of time & Carol's talent! They were really 'bitty' & thrown together, hope the veg. one is given a decent time slot & hope to see 'Mr & Mrs Piglet' on the show!
When were they in the mag? Must look out my old copies for a nosey at some other grapes!
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
It was the July or August mag I think- top of the page, passport size photo - peeking out from behind his Mrs!!
Interesting article too!
Not got my mags to hand...
"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

Whilst Mrs P is a gorgeous looking 53 year old (I only married her for her pension) and looks good shovelling manure, notice that my picture is the size of a postage stamp and I am hiding behind our scarecrow.
