Carol Klein - New veg growing programme

Carol Klein is making a new telly proramme about growing veg. I think it's due to show early next year.

I know this as one of my colleagues is one of the featured gardeners with her balcony veg garden. How exciting!

Blimey, Mrs P and I were interviewed by her at this years potato day held at Ryton. We were told that it was for a veg programme to be shown in 2007 so that must be it. You may get to see my ugly mug yet. You wont mistake me, I'm the one who's face looks like a gassed badger.

The one that winds me up is Sarah Raven, no idea if she knows her stuff cos am always wondering why she always gardens in slightly inappropriate clothing - doesn't she own any old jeans? Petty and not worth getting worked up over I know but I get like that sometimes!

Don't get Nick started on her!!!! At least she's not been so extreme with her coats recently ( oh...it's been summer!!! )

I'll need some details and then a large notice to remind me to put TV on/programme video recorder. My memory is definitely getting sieve like regarding tv. I think it's because I rarely watch it except for when there is a DVD/video on or I am laid up on the sofa wrapped in a duvet with something tonifying in my hand usually with a large shot of something medicinal in it. Don't even know who Carol Klein is.

Can sort of picture SR but haven't seen any TV coverage so cannot possibly comment. Like the sound of Pippa Greenwood who is on my radio every saturday.
