Fair play to you all that are veggie / vegan. I am a meat eater and I know exactly where mine has come from because it was reared on my fathers farm. We kill an animal every year and put it in the freezer(s).We take it to the abbbitoir to get it slaughtered and a local butcher cuts it up for us.Even the butcher admits that its better beef than he sells in his own shop.
I suppose that knowing where the animal comes from how it has been reared and how it has been treated do make a difference well it does to me anyway.At least I can tell people that Iv'e known the animal from birth to slaughter and given it as good an enviroment a possible and in return I get tastier beef.
