The honour falls to those (as I understand it) who have (in the eyes of her powers that be) contributed beyond the call of, and who are all round good eggs, as far as I can see.

They must have a certain 'je ne sais quoi' - but there is a certain laxity involved - obviously - wot with me having snuck in - and Flum being the only one who has been there twice.

I can't think of a worthier addition to the ranks, AL - well done.
