There's no such thing as squirrel proof. It may take them a few days to crack it - but they do.

There is not a natural wild predator that can hnt them effectively, so human kind has to keep numbers in check instead.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment

We once had a stunned looking starling trapped upside down in the fat-ball holder. He'd managed to get the lid off and poked his head down inside and fell! I got him out by destroying the fat-ball holder with wire cutters! Poor little thing. Good job we were't away for a week.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

our neighbours have put a large plastic white mixing bowl,upside down,on the main pole of the bird resturant,and any squirrels that try to get up,cannot,it's funny to see them try lol,sigpicAnother nutter ,wife,mother, nan and nanan,love my growing places,seed collection and sharing,also one of these
