    Emmm......

    Open the Local paper and find the Ground Steward has been convicted of getting his hand court in the club funds till.

    Now a lot of the commitee have stood down...

    I get a call tonight......."do you want to be on the Committee"

    Me "I will help out"

    Them "great you can be Treasurer then"

    Emmm not what I was thinking of.....

      You'll be fine and if things get really bad you can always do a runner with the funds (assuming there's any left!) they'll be expecting it by then! Obviously only joking you really will be fine and you'll be able to get some advice off some of the other grapes who have similar roles at their lotties.

      Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

      Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

              ROTFL.......I bet it will be like the collection plate when we had a blind priest...£1.32 1/2 a polo, 25yen and £1000 monopoly note.

                  Well it could have been worse.

                  Our treasurer said he'd help out and he was the committee for 5 years !!! Still at least we know who's fault it was when things went wrong
